The Founder’s Story

Built on three generations

Raised in a family where real estate and property care were the daily conversation, Verity's founder developed an early fluency in how homes are built, maintained, and protected. That foundation was deepened by years of business ownership, systems development, and hands on operations leadership.

Verity grew out of a recurring observation: absent homeowners were served by informal favors and inconsistent check ins, never by a professional, documented standard. Verity was created to be that standard.

Today the founder leads Verity with the same principles that guided three generations: show up, document everything, communicate plainly, and treat every property as if it were your own family's home.
